Edytka Mizgalski, the firm’s principal, has over 25 years of experience in assisting clients with a variety of legal problems and with their timely and cost effective resolution.
Edytka has commenced and defended numerous cases in the Magistrates, District, Supreme and Federal Courts. She has briefed and worked with local and interstate barristers and expert witnesses. She regularly attends Court for interlocutory hearings, short arguments, mediations, conciliation and settlement conferences and as an instructing solicitor in trials.
